Montane Riparian Willow and the Arapaho

Other: ceremonial items. A willow shrub growing around ten feet tall in moist areas of mountain parks and riparian areas of the montane zone was identified in RMNP by several elders, and labeled by these names. It is used for the ceremonial wheel sweat each year, whereas niiyoo’oe is used for other sweat lodges.
