Ferdinand Hayden identified the plant with name #2 as Ranunculus glaberrimus. Oliver Toll in 1914 identified the plant with name #1 (transcription uncertain) as a “little buttercup (lighter yellow)” - in particular, lighter yellow than plant #3. Toll identified plant #3 only as a “little buttercup.”
